Undefeated Red Outlaw made it 4 wins in a row, all at different racetracks on different surfaces. Red Outlaw showed he is all racehorse when he sped to the early lead, angled in and set the pace a bit off the rail then inside, kicked clear under urging in the stretch and held gamely to get the win. Red Outlaw will try and keep his streak alive in the $100,000 El Cajon Stakes on 8/29 at Del Mar. This is a race for 3 year olds going a mile on the main track. Good luck to Red Outlaw and the Blinkers On Partners!
In other racing news...Bullwhip will start in an allowance race at Charles Town on 8/13. Conditioner Jeff Runco says he is training great and is ready to stretch out to the 6 1/2. Nothing to Hide, True Visionary, Goose Bumps and Off the Deep End are all looking for races in Del Mar's next or last condition book. These are races beginning on 8/13 so Blinkers On will be busy at Del Mar! Humming Beethoven will stay on the grass and has been shipped to Steve Sherman at Golden Gate. We are pointing to a grass route race on 8/16. Salute to Summer and Island Freedom continue to train forwardly and are being pointed to the Los Alamitos meet immediately after Del Mar closes. Our promising 2 year olds, Awesome and Ready and Kiss at Midnight, are doing well for Peter Miller at SLR and will have their first breezes this weekend.
