Santa Anita Park will open up to fans on April 2nd for the first time since March 8, 2020. At the current meeting, which began on December 26th, only a small number of owners have attended the races on days they have horses running. Details are being finalized and will include outdoor seating to a limited number of fans. Customers will have to purchase seats in advance and cannot buy admission at the box office on race day. The track will utilize a contactless, and cashless system for food and drinks service via a mobile phone system. Great to be back at the "Great Race Place"! Fans and owners are hoping Golden Gate Fields will be opening under a similar system in the near future.
The Blinkers On Horse Racing Partnership has been on a nice roll in 2021 with a 33% win percentage and 67% in the money. So far in March the Partnership has 2 wins and 2 seconds from 4 starters. And for those that have been patiently waiting for the Blinkers On syndicate to have new offering the time is almost here. The first sale Blinkers On will be attending will be the OBS Spring 2 year old in training sale in April. The syndicate also plans on making purchases at the Fasig Tipton sale in June. For those interested in ownership please sign up for Stable News on the website, if you haven't already done so, and you will be notified when the offerings are available for viewing on the website.
